Many organizations are planning migration projects from their GroupWise messaging platform to Microsoft Exchange. Others are looking for options to maintain coexistence between the two environments for an extended period. With either scenario, there are different definitions of "coexistence" that must be analyzed and several options to consider.
This paper discusses various levels of coexistence and highlights options for achieving the desired functionality. The positive and negative aspects of the previously available options are outlined for consideration as well as more recent solutions available.
