Intervenants

Ramiro Calderon is a Principal Program Manager in the Azure AD product group. He is part of the customer success team and his role as an architect is to accelerate the adoption of cloud services across enterprise customers. This involves establishing long term advisory relationships with customers; working with the engineering team throughout the whole engineering cycle; training customers, partners, and field in our identity products and services; and producing reusable intellectual property. Ramiro has more than 10 years of experience in the Identity space in Microsoft, shipping multiple releases of Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Active Directory, Azure AD Connect Health and has co-authored several whitepapers such as aka.ms/aadatawhitepaper and aka.ms/resilientaad.

Jorge Lopez is a Senior Program Manager in the customer success team part of the Identity Engineering group at Microsoft. He acts as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 enterprises deploying Azure Active Directory as well as driving customer insights into product improvements with engineering to help shape Azure AD products and services towards the benefit of customers and Microsoft. Jorge has more than 16 years of experience in the industry and 10 years of experience in the Identity space as a Program Manager and Field Engineering.
